Your tasks
- You will assist in the day-to-day operations for managing outstanding receivables.
- You will contribute to documentation and filing tasks.
- You will handle organizational and administrative duties, including sending inquiries to the tax office/district office.
- You will conduct concise research on customer history.
- You will assist in creating payment reminders.
- You will collaborate across disciplines and departments with various teams (e.g., Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Legal, HR).
Your profile
- You are an enrolled student with a focus on business administration and will be available for at least one more year.
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience in this field, gained through internships or comparable activities.
- You have an interest in receivables management.
- You possess a strong understanding of numbers and perform your tasks carefully and conscientiously.
- You demonstrate a high level of initiative, commitment, teamwork, and social competence.
- You have fluent German language skills in both written and verbal communication, along with good English language skills.
- You have excellent MS Office skills.
